Relax!

Romans 8:39 Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulations; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

When we enter into God's presence there is rest and we are able to relax, knowing that nothing can separate from the love of God. To me that would be the absolute worse thing that could happen. It is not even in the list of possibilities. We should rejoice as Christians that we don't have to perform well enough to earn God's love, or to keep it. It is a pure free gift, from God to us.

Because of this assurance, we can relax and live more abundantlyWhen things are going well in our life, we need to enjoy those good times, without worrying about what is on the other side. When we are facing tough times, we need to remember He is there to help and strengthen us with His love. Even though we live in a world where trouble is inescapable,  we can be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world!
