:3 Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
:7 But Thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us.
2 Sam 14
:1-33 The chapter starts out with Joab going to a wise woman and tells her to go to the king and exactly what to tell him. She does but in the end the Lord shows David what Joab had done. When David asks her she confirms. David has Joab send for Absalom but he can't see the king. It says also that Absalom was very handsome. At the end of the chapter Absalom is allowed to see David and David kisses him.
